Britney Spear topped USA TODAY Celebrity Heat Index this year. Britney big news was in 2008 for the first summit of its merger, when he was admitted to a psych ward in January, before a return that includes a stack of MTV Video Music Awards for his Piece Of Me video and the release of his new album, Circu which debuted at the top of the charts in December.. The index measures the average exposure in print and on-line.
